Tribal Development
The state government under tribal development department in Gariaband district a district office, an integrated tribal development project office, Kamar & Bhunjiya development agency and 03 tribal development blocks Gariaband, Mainpur, Chhura respectively has been established. The total ST male population under the project area are 85118, female population are 88859. Thus the total population are 173977. Similarly, 3350 Kamar families living in the project area whose total population are 14285 and 1606 Bhunjiya families are living whose total population are 7199.
